The aln powder has attracted wide attention from academia and manufacturers at home and abroad for its excellent high thermal conductivity, low dielectric constant, thermal expansion coefficient matching with Si, and other excellent physical and chemical properties, and is known as the new ideal substrate material for a generation of high-density packaging.

The properties of aluminum nitride:

The aln powder is an atomic crystal, belonging to diamond-like nitride, hexagonal crystal system, wurtzite crystal structure, non-toxic, white or off-white. The aln powder is a substance connected by covalent bonds. It has a hexagonal crystal structure, which is the same shape as zinc sulfide and wurtzite.

The aln powder can be stabilized up to 2200℃. Aluminum nitride has good thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient, making it a good thermal shock material. The aln powder has strong resistance to molten metal corrosion and is an ideal crucible material for casting pure iron, aluminum or aluminum alloy. The aln powder is also an electrical insulator with good dielectric properties.

The applications of aluminum nitride:

The aln powder has a thermal conductivity of 160-230W/mk, and has been widely used in high-power module circuits, switching power supplies, and other high-power devices that require insulation and high heat dissipation, and as a carrier substrate for mobile phone microcircuit chips.

1. The aln powder is used in optoelectronic engineering, including as dielectric layer in optical storage interface and electronic substrate, as chip carrier with high thermal conductivity, and for military use.

2. Due to the characteristics of the piezoelectric effect of aln powder, the epitaxial stretching of aluminum nitride crystals is also used in surface acoustic wave detectors. The detector will be placed on the silicon wafer. There are very few places where these thin films can be reliably manufactured.

3. The use of aln powder has high room temperature and high temperature strength, small expansion coefficient, and good thermal conductivity. It can be used as a heat exchanger material for high-temperature structural parts.

4. Using aln powder can withstand the corrosion properties of metals and alloys such as iron and aluminum, it can be used as a crucible and casting mold material for melting metals such as Al, Cu, Ag, Pb.
