Retainer sound

    2. Use bearings with small clearance or apply preload to the bearings;

Continuous beep
Analysis of the reason: the motor is running at no load when it emits a beep-like sound, and the motor emits
Abnormal axial vibration, there is a "buzzing" sound when turning on or off.
Specific characteristics: Multiple lubrication is not good, and motors with ball bearings at both ends are frequent in winter. It is mainly an unstable vibration generated under the influence of axial vibration when the shaft alignment performance is not good.
Solution:
    1. Use grease with good lubrication performance;
    2. Add preload to reduce installation error;
    3. Use bearings with small radial clearance;
    4. Improve the rigidity of the motor bearing;
    5. Strengthen the alignment of bearings.
    Note: The fifth point plays a fundamental role in improving, using 02 small groove curvature and 01 large groove curvature.
 
Paint Rust
Reason analysis: because the motor bearing housing paint is dry, the volatile chemical components corrode the end face, outer groove and channel of the bearing, which makes the abnormal sound after the channel is corroded.
Specific characteristics: After corrosion, the bearing surface rust is more serious than the first side.
Solution:
    1. Assemble the rotor, casing, air-drying or drying;
    2. Reduce the motor temperature;
    3. Choose a model suitable for paint;
    4. Improve the ambient temperature of the motor bearing;
    5. Use suitable grease and grease to cause less rust, silicone oil and mineral oil are the most likely to cause;
    6. Adopt vacuum dipping process.
 
Impurity sound
Cause analysis: caused by the cleanliness of bearings or grease, an irregular abnormal sound is emitted. Specific features: The sound is occasionally non-existent, there are no rules when it is large and small, and it is sent frequently on high-speed motors.
 Solution:
    1. Use good grease;
    2. Improve the cleanliness before grease injection;
    3. Strengthen the sealing performance of the bearing;
    4. Improve the cleanliness of the installation environment.
 
High frequency, vibration sound
Specific features: The sound frequency changes with the bearing speed, and the surface waviness of the parts is the main cause of noise.
Solution:
    1. Improve the surface quality of bearing raceway and reduce the amplitude of waviness;
    2. Reduce bruises;
    3. Correct the clearance preload and cooperation, check the operation of the free end bearing, and improve the precision installation method of the shaft and the bearing seat.
 
Warm up
Specific characteristics: After the bearing runs, the temperature exceeds the required range.
Cause Analysis:
    1. Too much grease will increase the resistance of the lubricant;
    2. Too small internal clearance causes excessive internal load;
    3. Installation error;
    4. Friction of sealing equipment;
    5. Crawling of bearings.
 Solution:
    1. Choose the right grease and use the proper amount;
    2. Modify the clearance preload and cooperation, and check the operation of the free end bearing;
    3. Improve bearing seat accuracy and installation method;
    4. Improve the sealing form.
 
Bearing feels bad
Specific features: Feel the impurities in the bearing and block it when holding the bearing to rotate the rotor.
Cause Analysis:
    1. The play is too large;
    2. Improper coordination of inner diameter and shaft;
    3. Channel damage.
Solution:
    1. The play should be as small as possible;
    2. Selection of tolerance zone;
    3. Improve accuracy and reduce channel damage;
    4. Grease selection.
