Gartner's 10 Point Action Plan for Outsourcing Success

These are the 10 guidelines/advisories issued by Gartner at the end of Gartner Outsourcing & IT Services Summit.

UBS sells BPO and KPO units

Switzerland-based financial services provider UBS (NYSE: UBS) is reportedly selling its business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) units. Outsourcing: ROI meets the expectations

Deloitte undertook a research effort to analyze companies outsourcing their operations a few months ago.
