Obama Strikes back !

Obama's flip flop with the outsourcing continues. In a recent development he said that he won't continue giving tax breaks to companies that ship jobs abroad. One in three IT people abuses administrative passwords



Economic Times recently covered this story. here is the extract "One in three information technology professionals' abuses administrative passwords to access confidential data such as colleagues' salary details, emails or board-meeting minutes, according to a survey.

Career path for those agents whose experience is 2+ yrs

Hi, Guys, need your opinions on this. I guess we would would agree that gone are those days when one used to join as an agent and after 6 months or so his/her chances of getting promotion vertical or lateral were quite high. Is Mysore becoming the next BPO capital?



Money control's recent report suggests that Mysore can be the next BPO Capital. It's report says " could Bangalore be 'Bangalored' by its own neighboring town? Could Vijayawada or Madurai be the next BPO boomtowns?

Infosys BPO & i-mint partner to launch employee rewards programme

Economic Times reports another first from infosys in the form of their tie up with i-mint for the employee reward programme. The news says "Infosys BPO, the business process outsourcing subsidiary of Infosys Technologies and i-mint, India's first multi-partner consumer rewards programme, have partnered to launch the i-mint-Infosys employee reward programme for Infosys BPO employees.
