Hiiiii My Name is Uttam Kumar .I am a Web designer.Already i have 3 year experience in this line.i and my 2 friend start a new Web Development company http://sidhiinfoway.com.how to
Get more Projects And client from out of country . because i am new to this beautiful world, Please give me suggestions to get project and client address.
And i also start BPO


Let me tell you why I am here. I am planning to start a BPO with 10 seat capacity in Bhubaneswar(orissa). I like to take suggestions from you all before stepping into this field. I have lot questions like
1. How much would be the initial set up cost
2. How can I get projects
3. What facilities should provide so that I will be having more chances of getting the project
4. What are the licence & registrations required
5. Is it right/wrong time to start a new BPO
6. Is the 10 seat capacity would be good enough/not

may be I am not the only one facing this situation. Please give me advise.
