On-line Training is a benefit or not as per many centers and consultants offer to you.
What I would say is training in any form is beneficial even though offline or on-line. The preparation needs to be tuff. What I personally feel. An offline physical training can be assisted with the trainer in front of the batch. Does that really make much of a difference! NO
Remember, any kind of training with a tenure of 24 - 48 hours and then immediate LIVE work is not enough. It at least takes a week's team for any team to understand the technicalities of the work done. Hence the absence or physical presence of trainer doesn't matter, what matters is the immediate support and solution of the Client's training team. How open are they to questions and their immediate response over solutions. That's what makes the difference. How many times are they ready to repeat and teach. As we all know practise makes a man perfect.
I hope I could walk you through it. A lovely topic of thought.
