About Me

Rajesh Dhuddu has 12+ years experience in Telecommunications & Knowledge / Business Process Outsourcing industries. He is credited with managing multi million dollar projects in global environment, engaging cross functional teams with varied cultural backgrounds. He created many high performance teams delivering in Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisition domains.

Rajesh has worked on GSM & CDMA technologies in Indian Telecommunications Market championing introduction of innovative products built on the strengths of leading OSS / BSS platforms, engines & technologies in Postpaid, Prepaid & Value Added Service segments. He is member of the founding team that set up one of the largest 3rd party BPO service providers in India servicing Telecom, Media & Entertainment businesses in front & back office requirements. Subsequently, he played a lead role in evolving the company to an international BPO service provider through an inorganic strategy resulting in acquisition of contact centers in USA with revenues of USD 16 mn.

After 8 years with Tata Group, Rajesh joined Quatrro a KPO group set up by Raman Roy & team. Here, he leads business & new product development initiatives for a SBU focused in Telecom, Healthcare & Travel verticals working with Fortune 500, Global 1000, SME companies. Robust understanding of captive and 3rd party service provider environments, remote processing capabilities in near, mid & offshore locations in North-Central-South America, South & Far East Asia, contractual frameworks that promote accomplishment of client-service provider objectives are his professional strengths.

His international credentials - Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA & Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) from IAOP, USA are testimonials of his knowledge & authority in Project Management and BPO subjects.
