s i go with ur words bcouz im facing the same problems with fraud clients but now i had taken grt step im making baground check befor taking aprocess &about pay outs as well mainly im asking the client refral ceners also and i just who r starting a new bpos u have to check the client is jenune in all circumstances and we should never go for upfront or royalty that is completley fake and thnx for sujessting us and it will b help full for upcomming small bpo sector's too.
