About Me

I am currently the Operations Director for Response Solutions, Inc., an inbound/outbound contact center located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines. I am the former Vice-President of Tele-Force, Inc. and also served as Site Manager for Pyrocom Marketing Services. I have been involved in the call center/BPO industry for 8 years now. Also, I have more than a decade of experience in sales and marketing particularly in real estate, finance and the insurance industry.
