We achieved recognition with high quality web development projects and delivering VOICE / NON-VOICE call center services of any complexity to clients worldwide in a very short time span. We are a customer focused Business Process Outsourcing company.
Bir Al Sabia Technologies Starting with the strength of 3 employees including 2 directors and 1 office boy in January 2009, have grown now to a family of 70 mature and skilled employees having 3 offices. We started our work as a software development firm in January 2009. Later, we started our own product call center in April 2009, and began to utilize our aesthetic and eclectic skills in the call center field. We achieved a big milestone in July when we registered ourselves in USA under the name of Bir Al Sabia Academy LTD. Furthermore, we are proud to state that till October 2009, we have generated more than 10 million$ with one project and still it is growing very fast. After the start of our call center, our software team is dedicated to facilitate our call center projects with technical services.
We base our offerings on an understanding of clients’ business requirements and providing dependable solutions.
