From Obama to Oh! Bama

The Obama we hooted for, has turned to Oh! Bama with a single statement. It has started off intense debates across India. Is he good for us or not- overlooking the fact that he is the president of United states and not India !With the restrictions on H-1B visa and now the proposed cut on tax incentives for those who outsource, Obama has become more protectionist in his approach than one would have expected or imagined. Some would say he is trying to play to the gallery after all at this point…See More

Infosys sets sights on BPO, KPO acquisitions

After losing out in the race to acquire UK-based SAP consulting firm Axon to HCL Technologies last year, Infosys, India’s second-largest IT firm, says it’s keen on acquisitions in the BPO and KPO spaces.“We are looking at back office functions where the companies perform very unique services with their own platform or intellectual property,” said Infosys MD S Gopalakrishnan. “There are opportunities in traditional BPOs as well and we are not restricted to KPOs.” Captives in banking and…See More

SATYAM – A STORY TO BE HEARD AND KEEP MOVING….

When I had heard Satyam news a few days back, the first thing that came to my mind was “How would Indians react to this, in an already over sensitive market”.

At the same time it struck to me, how my old engineering college batch mate (one of the director’s of Maytas) and Son of erstwhile Satyam CEO Ramalinga Raju would face this family ignominy.

These were the thoughts that came to me immediately because of my some connection with… Continue

IT firms ape Toyota: Do more work with less people

Saw this in ET, thought about sharing it...

Since August 2007, employees of LogicaCMG India have been maintaining hourly logs of their activities at work. This includes the nature of work, the status of the work, tasks completed, meetings attended; indeed, just about everything, including the time spent at the cafeteria. We guess that on January 31, three employees of the company filled in that they spent 9am to 11am talking to this correspondent.

What all of this… Continue

Hello.,

We are looking for the voice / non voice based campaigns to start with. And we may add more required seater to this campaign.

We worked for Money Debt & Credit Services (U.K.Based) . It had been stopped due to some company legal issues. Throughout India.
In that campaign we were suppose to call U.K. People and helping them out in Debt management programme.

Other one is a Medical Billing Campaign which is the domestic process. (i.e. Data Entry )

Our other sister concern is named as I-Tranz Solutions which is a Medical Transcription Facility Centre of world’s No.1. Medical Transcription Company called C-bay Systems.

So, I would like to receive all the details of your campaign, and i need to know what are all the required setup to run your campaign.

What type of Campaign is there? Day shift or night shift? Both day and night shift 10 seater setup is already there. Within 2 /3 weeks we will be able to set up the required set up. If non – voice Process is there we have got another 10 seater capacity available for night shift. If voice Process is there Training part is very important. How that services are provided? We are in contact with good number of people who worked for Manipal Informatics.

We are looking for genuine outsoucing companies who can give us regular work loads and payment is secured.

Hence, we request all outsourcing companies to consider us and give us an opportunity to prove our capabilities.

Thanks and Regards.
Hithesh Ballal.
