I have been in the BPO industry for more than a decade,worked with leading Contact Centers, and handled various accounts from Selling, Lead Generation, Retention, Customer Service, Back Office (Processing Refund and Bill Adjustments, E-mail and White-mail Correspondence), and Technical Support.
Aside from what I have mentioned above, I was a Floor Support for a Customer Service Account, Team Manager for an Inbound Sales Account, and an Account Manager for various Outbound Campaigns/Account.
Currently, I am dealing with generating clients for a VoIP Service Provider.
