The International Institute for Outsource Management (IIOM) announced today the release of the Impact Sourcing Implementation Guide. Supported through the generosity of the Rockefeller Foundation the guide is targeted at small startups in developing nations. However according to Chairman Jerry E. Durant the 63 page document is equally useful for any business looking to get off on the right footing.
“No matter what type of business, in any location, the Impact Sourcing Implementation Guide, is designed to be concise and pragmatically practical whether involved directly with outsourcing or simply a new business enterprise serving a local community”. The goal is to reach as many people as possible and to extend a helping hand through a commitment to offer online coaching.

Also available is a four (4) ready-to-use career orientations targeted at students (grammar, high school and college/university) and marginalized groups.
