Thanks for your willingness to promote business with us.We have data Conversion work (IMAGE to Excel Conversion) to be outsourced. The payment for the pages is 7/-, Accuracy 100 % . We Provide Some Software also.

Client registration charges : Rs.4000/- per seat (non refundable) towards the software license

One time Consultancy Charges = 1000/-per seat + 10%Royalty from each Billing.

No. Of seat per slot = 20 seats

Per agent Work Load = Unlimited

Per form = 7/- Rupees it may increase till 15/- according to the work.

Working Days = 26 Days per month

Average Mini billing Per seat per month = Up to center performance.

No manual work and we have to do QC work for correcting the file which gives error in yellow after running the file in QC software.



Skill set required for the process = Normal agents with data entry skills.





Statement of work



1. Form will be given in TIF Image format.

2. Software given by the client ( Abby Find Reader )will read the Text in the Images and we have to convert it as CSV file .

3. For Quality Check , The CSV file has to be checked for errors by using QC software provided by the client.

4. QC software will identify the errors in yellow and agents should do the correction on the errors by matching the original TIF Image form and convert in to CSV in to excel

40 Rs per page will be provided to center.
business procurement fee is 6000 rs per seat should be paid to client
in which Rs 4000 is refunded once u reach 90.1% accuracy for continues

XML Project available with unlimited workload only consultancy charges.
