2. Mergers and acquisitions on a large scale (Dell – Perot system, Xerox – ACS etc.)
3. Significantly increased role of advisory firms
4. Fighting with recession
5. Increased focus on Emerging destination for outsourcing

I think 2009 will be remembers for fighting against recession. The 1st quarter of 2009 was very tough for the companies as well as for the prospective employees across the BPO industry.

Now, the condition of the market is still better.

Lets hope for the best in 2010.
