E-Publishing
We require centers for E-Publishing process, direct signup with the Client.
Terms & Conditions
1. Center Should have minimum 100 Seats under one roof
2. Should have a Skilled Agents.
3. Should have a separate team for Tagging, and Quality.
4. Should be capable of handling Pressures and TAT.
Work Order & Financials
1. The work is not limited. The center can take any number of files depending upon the completing of data supplied.
2. TAT : Daily
3. Financials @ INR 2 / Page
4. Payment Cycle: 45 Days.
Duration
The duration of the process as per the agreement is 5 Years which have a life of upto 9 Years depending upon the quality of the work done by the center.
Signup Procedure
1. Submission of the Center Profile.
2. Signup SLA and Center goes Live.
3. After Sign-up manager Charges to be paid 8,00,000 lacs(D.D or Cash Only)
4. Training for Agents / Managers @ the Center.
5. Assigning and Completing the Trail Work
The Trail work will depend upon the centers performance and there may be a maximum of 1000 Images to be completed. Once the center is ready for the live work, the center should be capable of delivering the required quality.
E-Publishing Details:
1. The Source will be PDF
2. The files will be of Three types( Full Text, Text and Images, Complete Images)
3. The Minimum payment will be Rs.2 for Full text, Rs.4 for Text and Image.
4. The center will need to add the tags as trained and will need to deliver as epub.
5. Center needs to have a dedicated FTP for the Delivery of Data.
