I am currently starting a small support group (around 5 seats) for,initially,non-voice support, that can grow as new projects come. However much of the projects offered requires big startup "capital".
Although I am not new in the industry, having your own can be of a jitter specially now a days.I really do not know if most share my sentiments, but starting up using "hard-earned" money can be quite a gamble moreso if it is not as big.
I have read much of the articles in the discussion pages on this site and I must say it gives me much insight on what is really happening in the industry, just like:
Rajat Verma (India BPO workers stressed to the limit ?)
Sumit Rathore (Small and Midsize BPO's - are we really dying ? and Anatomy of a "FRAUDSTER".. Why it happens again & again & again ?)
It gave me a different view on the acquisition side of the company I am currently with.
Is this feasible? The one I am starting about? Are there small legitimate projects that can be acquired for startups like me with minimal payments?Whom can I trust? Can you give me suggestions?
I hope a small population of this site will also benefit on this discussions.
Thank you very much,I finds this site very very informative, and should I grow to be one of the players in the industry,I would love to help people who are also starting just like me.
