Required Help for How can I setup own BPO

Hi!

I, Rajendra Sharma, am from Tundla(Uttar Pradesh). I want to open own BPO but i have no amount for expense. So i want to do those project where only required 1 or 2 System and without any charges, after billing of these project when my earning highest lumsum amount deposit from which i setup my BPO then i taken those project who required huge seats.

So i required help from those person who have own BPO and his experiance and his advice for me.

Good to hear you. but please get more and more knowledge on BPO. and dont afaird that you cant do. i was like you before 5 years. please go ahead with local client and get some do's and dont's. good luck
