Planning to start a new BPO

Hi friends I am quite new to this place I would like to introduce my self, my name is Suresh Allu done my MBA and my aim is to start my own organisation.

Let me tell you why I am here. I am planning to start a BPO with 10 seat capacity in Hyderabad. I like to take suggestions from you all before stepping into this field. I have lot questions like
1. How much would be the initial set up cost
2. How can I get projects
3. What facilities should provide so that I will be having more chances of getting the project
4. What are the licence & registrations required
5. Is it right/wrong time to start a new BPO
6. Is the 10 seat capacity would be good enough/not

may be I am not the only one facing this situation. Please give me advise.

hi,

i have hard copy to soft process.processing charges for 10 seats is 1lac.and if the centre is taking 100 seats they pay only 60 seats processing charges and remaning will be deduted in the billing.

payout
10 seats 14 per page
100 seats 18 per page

workload 100 pages per day per system.

workload will be given within 48hours. direct client singhup.

Form filling project is available, Unlimited Projects available including Form Filling, XML, E-PUB, DATA MINING, and DATA ENTRY Etc for the 1 year Franchisee Vendor contract.


Form filling Project is available, Unlimited number of projects including Form Filling , XML , E-PUB , DATA MINING , DATA ENTRY and all types of non voice projects will feed by RRBPOS for 1 year initially.
Franchisee Vendor contract 1 year agreement
Non Re-fundable Security Deposit For the Vendor Contract: 5,00000/- INR.

It’s a franchisee type of agreement will be re-generate after 1 year also that depends upon the vendor performance.
Our RRBPOS Dealing with the head clients Projects all will be feed to the our under the vendor contract company you can do your interested projects.
