Well , itsa gr8 thought during the time of recession. If you remember Ankush , we had a major gainer post last recession , not to mention the name of the company , the gr8 google.

Recession is always a great time to explore , experiment and acquire new businesses if you have the capability.

So there are 2 ways of looking at this situation, One this is recession time so play safe, 2 ..this is recession time let me try and bring about some changes.

Now, as far as opening a BPO/Call -Center is concerned , it sounds really ambitious, however Call-center or any type of Training and development is a Gr8 idea if you execute smartly.

I would suggest go for the training institute now, wait for the call-center start-up program for atleast this quarter.

If you need help, feel free to contact.

Before you consider a franchise first ask for a breakdown of the cost and satisfy yourself that it represents true value for money.

Question: Do you have the experience required? Don't be fooled by the fact that training looks easy, that anyone can do it.

Question: Does the franchise only cover call center training, and is this going to be enough to support you? What about Corporate Training, Corporate Sales, English Language Learning, Retail Sales etc. The training market is tough right now, you need as many options open to you as you can get.

Question: Are there any minimum earnings guarantees for the first twelve months?

Everyone will tell you what a great idea it is, but then again it's not their money on the line. Don't go rushing into anything - not clever.

If I can help let me know.
