eTyping Job for eBook Readers purpose - ePublishing House

We have assortment of more than 75000 international books (above 30 million pages) and it's growing gradually, those inside are not available on internet for e-book readers, and these inside are neither accessible in soft copy. So that, we cannot publish that online to make that easy to download for e-book readers. Thus, we extracted the content of books in image format and now we have a task to convert all of these books in to HTML/EPUB layout, so that we can make them accessible on internet for online readers. These all pages divided indiscriminately in bunch of 250 files and then we give these bunches to data operator to convert them. We are giving these files randomly in each cluster because these are premium books and we don't want them to distribute publicly.

We know that, we may get converted files in maximum INR 5.00 by using influential image to text OCR technology. But still this technology is not able to give accurateness that we desire. That's why we still need this to be done physically to get more accurate than any OCR can give. We have time-honored some rules that leading to penalties on data operator and this is helping us to get maximum attainable accuracy. For this, corporation paying 10 times higher than OCR to data operators on the basis of accuracy coming after consequence inference.

We are collecting these books from various national/international resources but we do not have any kind of alliance with them. This work is eBusiness18 Network’s own work and we are doing this work with the help of few channel associates in India.

3) Proof Reading Process (Quality Control) @ INR20 per page(INR 20,000 Monthly) (Payout Weekly)

Procedure for Process Enrolment

1.       Signing of agreement + scanned copy of RSAD (so that we know that you are clear with the concept and memorandum of understanding)

2.       RSAD (refundable service assurance deposit) for number of seats required

 As stated above, there is no process possession charges, however, there is a 100% refundable security deposit just in order to make sure that the end process adviser does it with sincerity of losing the amount, I am not saying anything bad about you, however, we had bad experiences in the past with centers here in India.

We are a huge organization and we do not appreciate any upfront, however, still levied due to our experience of work avoidance from the centers in the past. Hence, we kept a nominal thou 100% refundable deposit.

 Procedure Post your engagement

 3.       Training session (online) for 3 calendar days to ensure no loss of money for you once the center gets Live

4.       Feedback from Manager, DEO (1 day, individual feedback)

5.       Post feedback training for 2 calendar days on parameters discussed in feedback session

6.       Data Execution Operator goes Live

7.       Post DEO gets LIVE, physical agreement through postal mail would be sent in copies of two within 25 business days or on arrival of your first report, whichever is earlier.

*RSAD(Refundable Service Assurance Deposit) = INR 5000 per ID, *refundable in three months or earlier
