Can Delhi Metro bring down the high cost of transport of the BPO Employees?

So delhi Metro has reached Gurgaon and within a month it will be connected with CP which means connecting it to all the metro stations in one go. Its no secret that BPO companies try very hard to keep their operational cost as low as possible and the this metro has given them a ray of hope to bring down the ever increasing headache of transportation.

There are reports that

"Business Processing Industry Association of India (BPIAI) — is going to meet the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) in July to urge it to run the service between Gurgaon and Delhi in graveyard shifts (beyond 11 pm) also. Most BPO employees work the late night-early morning shift."

If this become a possibility how much would this bring the cost down?
Though the chances are bleak as the volume of such employees will be small and DMRC would not want to increase their operational costs. what do you say guys?
