One of our member raised this issue - "the alleged nexus between the consultants and the HR is somewhat responsible for the low quality of the resources that a company gets …."
The nexus (as claimed exists) because it benefits everyone
• The HR (meets his deadline on time)
• The consultant (gets paid)
• The candidate (gets job)
After all, the accepted criteria these days is "trainable material"
Who suffers? The company in the long term.
Need your inputs on….
1.If such a nexus exists or not...?
2.What can be done to avoid it or is it a necessary evil (because of more demand and less supply of quality candidates) which can’t be eliminated?
I dont think there is too much that can be achieved through this 'network', especially in companies which have an additional level of Process specific interview (Like Operations, V&A, Quality, Technical etc). This final level of shortlisting can actually weed out misfits. However if this level is also in the loop, then god only can help the company!
I m sorry Mr. Merwar!
But the network has helped many ordinary regular MBA graduates to make a fortune out of it. You tell me! who wouldn't like to make a 1crore appartment in just 2 years; and that too an outright purchase.
I m making a repot on this; may be by the end of this month I'll public it.
I changed a lot many BPO( big brands) to uncover the network.
So, just wait for it.
