Process

Customer Support and Tech support for Online Electronics Merchant Shoppe.Agents will be providing customer support and customers who purchased products from the shoppe agents going to provide tech support.

1slot=10 Seater

7Agents for Voice and 3 Tech Support(Chat)

Timings

MON-SAT (9:30PM IST to 6:30PM IST)
SUN (9:30PM IST to 1:30PM IST)

Payouts

Customer Support agent 5$ per hour.
Tech Support agent 3$ per hour.

Weekly payouts transfered through wire-transfer.(Payment will be released on every Friday)

Rules

1)Client is going to visit the center.
2)Agent needs to be qualified and experinced.
3)Client is going to provide bank garutee of 5000$
4)Reference Center will be provided.
5)Training will be provided to agents and administrative people(Including TL's)
6)Online Training
7)Onsite Signup

Last Date for Sign Up 8th Dec

Requriments

Core2duo systems with 2GB RAM
Internet Speed of 2MBPS
Descent Dialer (Recording)
