selvakailaash, im not loking for just cv's as i already have huge database on which our telerecruiter's are working on im looking for freelancers who can work for us wherein freelancers calls the candidate and once candidate is selected and joins the company you get your share i:e rs 3000 per candidate...let me know if that's suits ok to you then we can take it further.
