I m new to this BPO industry. Willing to have genuine projects to work. kindly guide me to learn more about this industry and how to search genuine projects. Our office is located in Chennai ( Tamilnadu). Will be very commited in work. I m an Engineering graduate currently doing IT hardware sales . We have tied up with Hewlett-Packard(HP).

When you search for BPO projects, you will get En number of replies for promoting their projects in which few will be genuine and most of them will be so called 100% payment gaurenteed Project....When You enquire/sign-up a project, Please follow the checklist to Ensure you'r not into trap.
1 The center should be a Registered one.
2 The person who sends proposal should've a permanent Office address (sustained)to be in touch
throughout your Project time-line
3 Reference Address to have a check for payment Proof
4 Nature of work and Probabilities for getting paid.
5 If you are paying any security deposit/registration fee, how its being secured.
Check all these things and go for it if you find one.
