Monthly Billing : Min $ 345600 = Rs 1,55,52000 (Aprox)
Billing cycle: Monthly
Advance : 15%
Signup: Direct sign up with End Client.
Sign up steps:-
1. Approval of the company profile
2. Submissions of Doc’s
3. Proposal Submission
4. Confirmation of the project
5. Submission of insurance bond
6. Training and Audit of the center
7. Live start.
Signup procedures:.
1. NDA & MOU agreement signed in a 100 Rs stamp paper between ****************** and Center. PDC cheque number and Details would be
mentioned in the NDA. Photocopy has to be attached.
2. NDA agreement signed in a 100 Rs stamp paper between Center and***************** parent company. PDC cheque number and Details would be
mentioned in the NDA. Photocopy has to be attached.
3. Center will be called for MOU signup between *************************Parent
Company on the date mutually decided by both of us. PDC has to given before
going to the Parent company on the same day and LC has to be given to the
Parent company on the same day.
4. After MOU signup. All the supporting documents will be sent to end client.
SLA will be received within 3 to 4 working days on the name of Center.
5. SLA signup will be done once received the SLA.
6. Advance payment will be received by center.
7. LC and PDC are encased immediate when Advance hit the centers account.
Business Fee:
30 Lacs in LC of 90 days and 20 Lacs Corporate PDC.
Royalty 30% till the contract ends.
