We are outsourcing an International Inbound Campaign,

Please find the campaign details and procedures for the same..,

The client is a leading online travel company headquartered in the US.
Through its primary web site, Client enables travelers to research,
plan and book a broad
range of travel products, facilitating 1.5 million flight
searches and one million searches every day.

A strong and growing presence in market,looking to expand customer
base to drive within the primary market. Develop a customized approach
for each call on each customer to assess customer needs. Client is
accelerating their expansion program and hence we are looking for
Contacts Centers who could house a minimum of 35 and ramp up to 250
seats immediately as per requirement.

Job Nature : Inbound (Travel vertical)
Seats : Voice 25 / Non voice 10
Pay/hr : Voice $14 / Non voice $12
Shift : 18 hrs shift
Country : US
Payment : 15 days
Payment security : One month billing in the form of BG.
