Hi Venkatesh,

This is not only you who is facing this problem. There are hundreds of BPO's who are having the same story, including me.

I think its a time for all of us to unite and take some initiatives to form a governing body. Or better to demand NASSCOM to help small vendors and BPO's like us to save from fraud people.

But before all that stuff, We ourselves has to form a sort of union.

Any other suggestions in this regards are welcome and I am quite aggressive for this step.

All the like minded people. / firms / companies are invited in this revolution.

Looking forward for some good replies.

Eventhough it sounds good. it is a long time process. Right now i am little busy in fetching project. once i become free. we can start our campaign.

Right, We should join hands in bringing some sanity to this system.

Apart from that, we can also share some good projects with each other. I feel there's enough business and
we would not be competing with each other! We small time players have 20-40 seats at the max and I dont
see any great threat to business that one could bring to another's business.
