Hi Subra,

I am very sorry to point out that this seems just another novel way of charging the centers, it is mandatory to purchase the e - book by paying $ 31 or whatever amount specified, but nowhere it says that once a center owner buys this book, he will get the project, he will just get the client details and say 10 centers buy this book and only one or not even one gets the project, you have made cool 300 USD+, i think this is also similar to charging upfront. it is similar to sites like www.itmatchonline.com
