Hi Folks,

After reading all the blogs form different companies and my personal experience, I would like to give some thing to you guys.

There is NO UPFRONT/ CONSULTANCY FEE, I would like to give it to you for free.

Just Think, Here, everyday new companies are coming and joining with us in few months and start crying that I lost this much to that fraud and all. Whatever you advise, whatever alerts you give, whatever share stories you share, they never bother and pay a huge amount to some one.

So lot of ppl are here to loose and starting with good potential to loose money here, forget their dreams, jus look into their pockets, they have money. Got it. Fools are there and ready to loose money, including us. Why should we waste it by allowing them to pay money to these frauds.

So, Here we go, We have the following projects,

1. Health Form Filling process.

We have data to fill nearly 1,60,000 forms.

Split it into 4 slots, we can get upfront for minimum 1 Lakh for a slot.

You can sell it to minimum 20 centers.

Net profit : 15 Lakhs Approx ;-)

No body can ensure more than 90 % accuracy with that, so we can terminate the center if they are not providing 99.995% even after a rework, That will take atleast 3 months.

Then we can circulate the same data to some other new centers across the nation.

( ITS A LONG TERM BUSINESS. MIND IT)

2. Automation FORM FILLING PROCESS:

Raw data for more than 1 lakhs forms available. Automation form filling is always costlier than normal form filling process. There is more possibilities to make the centers to believe this process is genuine and imported directly form UK. You can sell as i mentioned above.

3. Hard copy to soft copy.

Its a great opportunity to grab, and its a very challenging task too, because you need to pay the centers every-week, No QC. complete type setting work.

We do have many books, but not a problem, you can Xerox your college books, even harry potter too and sell it. You can mention this is for some Universities in India. These silly people will never think why harry potter is digitalized by the indian universities.

1. consultation charges for a seat is 7500-20000 INR

If centers willing to take more than 100 seats 5000 INR/seat

2. 50 pages/seat/day. pay out : 20rs/page.

3. While agreement, jus include a point that if there is any software used to covert, the project will be terminated.

4. Give some data to start work. They will use OCR software for sure. Do not worry about that and get the output and pay them, and ask them to increase the seats. Tell them we need to sell more than 1000 seats this months. The center will get some loan and take some more seat, They also start outsourcing the same process to many friends.

5. Do not think about who paid how much and who got how much. Calculation should be like we got 10 lakhs upfront, and pay out 5 lakhs to all the centers and reduce 20% data slowly and ask them to outsource more.

6. So everybody will pay upfront to increase the count and get their pay out every week.

7. When they stop outsourcing/increasing the seat. Make a full stop to that center. check out their output and tell we got the evidence of using OCR in your work. So terminate the centers and all other associates.

Its a hot business in india now. No body will check with that appropriate university about this. No body, will cross question because their friends ll get payouts for few weeks.

Advantage in this business is, none of your centers will reveal your name, they ll say we got direct client and start outsourcing. End of the play, they will be claimed as FRAUDS in the forum. You will not be.

(ITS CHALLENGING BUT GREAT REVENUE BUSINESS.. GOT IT?)

Guys, I wrote this blog for not playing with your emotions are diverting you. I am jus telling with lot of frustrations.

Maximum people think like starting a BPO is simply purchasing/renting some computers and building a infrastructure and recruiting ppl will fetch good projects to them.

I feel more than happy reading your comments here and I am sure you aware of the Business Theft Crisis here in India which probably placed you in the position of asking the above mentioned.

Please find your answers below:

1. I stay and work from the National Capital Region, New Delhi and we are subjected to the jurisdiction of High Court, New Delhi, Delhi 110001

2. I do not work as a affiliate or an outsourcer, these projects are meant for our inhouse epublishing project. We do not do it for any specific publications, however, we convert the most famous and the most revenue generate forecast (I am sure you are aware of this) books, and then once completed, we place them for Biding and sell it to eBooks publication houses who pay us the most of all. For sure, this wont affect my business as I even promote people to do this as I have monitory benefits attached even if they do it, you do it. I am sure, you next question would be 'How', well that what you would need to find out for yourself

3. We for sure have Intensive OCRs and have also been forecasted by our (so termed as )R&D team (we call them innovators here), however, I am sure you are aware of the cost of the OCR & its maintenance and moreover, after conversion of documents there has to be a list of tasks to be done before this can be published such as copy write authentication. Even when we get the output from the centers we still had to get them checked inhouse before the final print as no eBook reader would like to pay upto $99 for reading incorrect phrases. Just so you know the documents has to be written thrice and cross checked 6 times before the final print (X Gaze Scrutiny). I am sure you know the Industrialization terminology of centralizing/ decentralizing work caption. We choose to outsource the typing job in order to scratch off the OCR burden as this job is available in the market. To clarify furthermore, why do we order food from restaurant when we can prepare them at house? Well, probably that answers your question here.

4. Well, probably I partially answered the forth question in my answer number 3, however, just to illuminate it further, my past experience of 2 years in the work, about 40% of my centers prefer to do typing rather QCing it as to them Qcing is difficult (not that it sounds easy) rather to typing. Also to know our business strategy in details, you are most welcome to our center and work part time with us to know how exactly we profit post investing this amount in details.

Karthik! you are most welcome for any other questions to clarify your doubts. We would be more than happy to answer them all for you without any hesitation and also would seek any positive suggestion from you as it appears you being in this field for quite sometime now.

I had a too busy schedule today, however, I choosed to prioritize to answer you as I, myself have been scammed too many times before & I know how it feels when at the end of the month my employees expect their salary but I have nothing to give them and have no answers too because I have been scammed by some fraud outsourcer and then, this is what encouraged me and gave me the confidence of achieving my goals today with smiling employees around me who can now rely on me and not exaggerating but I foresee on how to eradicate the scams as its a curse to humanity. I could still remember those days while writing to you and this irritates me.

Before I let this go lemme answer on how, where and why did we get this certificate for/ from?

This is a certificate been presented to us for our 'IDEA' business proposal given to various publication houses who had no concept or understanding of eBooks but now are interested in working with us to get their physical books converted to eBooks and for sure, we would be successful in increasing ours' & theirs' ROI.

Also not because you commented, but, don't you think you have the same business, remember Digitization of Harry Potter, lolz.

We all work for money, the only difference is that some do it the fair way and some would do it unfair playing good words and attractive phrases to find pray for their fraud business.

But Still I dont understand some part of this business, I can say the cost involved in this is really high. I am also having a team and developing epub for a company for past two years. I have not seen any companies outsourcing their processes through the forums and blogs.

Hi Karthik,

Its a very genuine question you have asked me and this makes absolute sense.

I am doing it on forums and blogs because I have been scammed this way. I relied on a fraud on a blog and i got scammed with all my dream screwed few years ago.

Now I think if Frauds do it this way on blogs and forums and they get centers to do fraud with, leaving the center in a situation where i was few years back thinking what to do next and trust me it feels like killing yourself when all your dreams, your employees only way of living goes into hands of frauds.

So I decided to run my business on the same platform where scams happen so that I could give opportunities to centers rather letting them fall pray into the hands of frauds.

Someone, someday, somewhere have to take the initiative to eradicate all these cheaters who play with our way of living, so why not I initiate.

Hence, i choosed.

Here I will take liberty to tell you please stop this. If u really think as you said above, I ll say its too emotional decesion.

Let the centers to develope in a proffessional way. Most of the people ( Not all ) in this blog and opend a small setup like opening a browsing center or Pan beeda shops and searching online for business.

I dont feel you will get resposible centers in this way. U ll get more applications and u can share the process. But you will be endup in teachig the proffessional etiquette only. ( I can say 80% of people here are not reading what you are communicating, they are just applying.

And there is so much of risk involve in this, If you do it like this. There will be somany brokers will get work from you and spread it to market with your name. You can not running behind all the vendors u r sourcing from these blogs. End of the year you can find your name claimed as frauds in some blogs.

If it is really good business, ( I dont want to use the word genuine here it sounds unproffessional) you want to do it in a proffessional way.

Let them to reach you. Discuss things very proffessionaly and make leagal partnership agreements and work with vendors.
Do not advertise with payout details to attract more centers.
