GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE OUTSOURCING COMPANY.
1] The Process would be an inbound campaign which would run 24/7.
2] The center should at least be established for 1 Year
3] The center planning to start the process should sent the company profile and the snaps to the Outsourcing company.
4] The outsourcing company would forward the Documents to the client.
5] The Client would revert back whether the center is approved or rejected with in 3 business days.
6] If the center is approved the outsourcing company has to visit the center, and go with all the necessary guidelines provided to them in Exhibit A.
7] The outsourcing on its discrimination with the center, bear all the cost and expenses.
8] The outsourcing company gives the ready to go Certification.
9] Once the ready to go certification is received from the outsourcing company, the clients would visit the center.
10] The center has to bear all the expenses i.e., Travel, accommodation... etc.
11] Signing of the contract would be between the Client and Center.
12] The upfront is to be paid at the time of signing the contract.
13] The Center after receiving the advance payment is given 15 days grace period for making all the arrangements.
14] Training would be conducted by the Clients end and the parameters would be given to the center after signing the Contract
Revenue Generation :- 20,000 RS x 3 Shifts=60,000 RS / Seat.
Seats: - 50 Seats
Advance Payment: - 12 Lakhs
1. Center should have DOT[Domestic], STPI, OSP License
2. Center should have enough seating capacity.
3. Dedicated Team Members.
4. Technical team and the installation manuals would be provided by the clients end.
