One of Our Australian Clients is looking for Centers with minimum 50 Seats.
About the Client
We are one of the fastest growing Telecommunications companies in Australia. We offer fantastic plans in fixed-line Telephony , mobiles, ADSL Broadband Internet and wireless Mobile internet ( Data Card ).

To take our rapidly growing business to the next level, we are looking for quality, outsourced Outbound call centre partners in India.

This is a lucrative offer for the right partners and is a massive opportunity to grow with us.

To express your interest and to discuss possibilities, tell us about your call centre. We are happy to work on a Fixed hourly or Hybrid model depending on your expertise and KPI’s .

We need to know the following in this initial stage

1. What is the capacity of your Centre? How many seats.

2. Have you dialled for any Australian campaigns in the past? How many and what campaigns were/are they. Please provide references.

3. Tell me about your Telecom Campaigns experience and Background? – What experience have you got in the Mobile, Internet fixed/wireless or Fixed Line Telephony Process. Tell us about your capacity and infrastructure to run a successful outbound campaign for us.

4. We are happy to talk with the person in charge. Who is that person, we are keen to discuss possibilities.

5. How long has the call centre been operating.
