Everyday you open forum ... you will see 10-20-50 offers of Inbounds, Non Voice ... all claim to be genuine ... some with advance ... for SMALL fees!! I have some questions for you (all BPO/Call Center owners and industry experts who really care) .. if you bother ...
1) How many Inbound actually hit Indian market in one whole year?
2) How can Inbound version of SCAM campaigns like tech support, collections ... where you cheat customers .. can be good and genuine?? If you want to earn money that way ... join underworld .. why call center?
3) There are sooo many Inbound and Non Voice offers everyday ... how many centers actually get those? How many of those get paid for those?
4) If center owners are not fool and they know that 99% of all such Inbound and Non Voice are fake and scam ... then why brokers still posting those?? why still centers say "send details at ..."??
5) When all these will stop? When we will start behaving like matured people?
Those so-called consultants post about INBOUND & NON VOICE ... (most are made at home, actually no such project exist .. nor client) ... as they know that no one will pay for outbound and many centers are there who can't perform and feel inbound or non voice are "free money". They just use weakness of those centers and extract money showing lucrative offers .. like $12 per hour .. advance payment ... bla bla bla
Show me a single client who pays advance to unknown centers without checking performance! Why someone will pay $12/hour!! That's too high for such simple process ... highly technical campaigns pays between $8-$10!! 1 out of 100 centers ... can get one Inbound ... what other 99 centers will do?? shut down shop? If you have 50 seats, you may hardly get 10-15 seats Inbound ... what rest 35-40 seats will do? play games?
This industry is going down ... Indian ITES industry will be doomed soon ... if we do not learn soon enough
