Data Free data shall be provided, centre to pay scrubbing cost

CDR & Disposition Report Must

Voice Log Must

DNC compliance Must, Centre responsible for DNC Compliance

Appointment Fixing
Commission As per Annexure I

Qualified Appointment Customer confirms availability on confirmation call and status reported with in 48 hrs from date of appointment

Payment Bi-Weekly, first payment shall be made after two weeks
